There are several commercial & residential properties in our City with code issues needing to be addressed. We will focus on utilizing code enforcement to clean up areas of Veterans Memorial and Mableton Parkway. And continuing the work of Cobb County to revitalize the look and feel of other sections of the City.

We must attract residents and businesses to our City. One way to do this is through zoning practices that promote where we want to be and what type of businesses we want in our City.
Zoning will focus on building residential and recreational areas while expanding the current practices for our business & commercial areas.

Because we have a number of great spaces already, we will focus on efforts to promote our current areas while also looking to create new ones where our residents reside. Utilizing our spaces not only for enjoying the outdoors but also for health & wellness activities and festivals.
